A few words about my photographing
I've started photographing in 2005 and now I posses this equipment:
- Canon EOS 400D
- Sigma 17-70 mm DC IF
- Sigma 70-300 mm APO DG
- Sigma 105 mm F2.8 EX DG MACRO
- 2x Canon Speedlite 550EX
- 2x Photon MILLENNIA NEW EC 300
- Canon PowerShot SX130 IS
My most enjoyable topics are people in the "atelier" and macro. Another interesting genre for me is abstraction or symbolical still-lifes or collages. However, as for what I photograph, I'm practically not picky - photographing is a way to express myself, to pass the thought, to give the feeling; and importantly, it is a way to look at the world from another perspective. As Mr. Pihan wrote in his book Mastering the DSLR work, "Who has looked to the world through the DSLR viewfinder, will never want it different." - sight through the machine enables a man to do something incredible. It gives him a possibility to perserve the moment forever, to embody the thought in a way understood by evrybody, to create something new... that is divine for me. However, if a man sat with his hands in the lap, he would hardly grow. That is why I search for ideas to work, opportunities to train my abilities.
